International Studies Club (ISC) Proudly Present: "9th Weekly Discussion"

{ISC WEEKLY DISCUSSION VOL.09}

The majority of society perceives that women have a lower status than men, in terms of strength and ability, so they think that women are weak and must be protected. This can be seen in the reality that women are often only used as objects in various lines of social life. Therefore, this issue has been discussed at various conferences on women around the world. The government in general has made development efforts for the entire community regardless of specific gender, however it is understood that there are still many lags in the quality of life experienced by women. This is inseparable from the development approach that ignores issues of gender equality and justice. This shows that there is still much that needs to be improved in implementing justice and equality for women.
